LearnWithTest (operating at neetpgsolutions.learnwithtest.pro) is a digital platform providing NEET PG, FMGE, and INICET MCQ practice material. By using this platform, you agree to all terms stated herein.
You must register with a valid Indian mobile number and a password. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account. Each account is bound to one mobile number and is for personal use only.
For security and to prevent account sharing, each account may only be active on one device at a time. Attempting to login from a second device while already logged in will be denied. This policy is strictly enforced.
The platform offers an Annual Subscription Plan at ₹1,999 per year (inclusive of applicable taxes). Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. Upon successful payment, access is granted immediately for 365 days.
⚠️ NO REFUND POLICY: All payments made for subscription are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, technical issues on user's device, user error, or any other reason. No exceptions will be made.
Once a subscription payment is made, it cannot be cancelled. The subscription will remain active for the full term regardless of whether you use the platform or not.
All MCQs, solutions, and content on this platform are protected by copyright. No content may be copied, reproduced, or shared without explicit written permission from LearnWithTest.
We collect your mobile number, name (optional), and payment information solely for account management and subscription purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and subject to their privacy policy.
Content on this platform is for educational preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific exam result or outcome. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
